She does point out that the benefits do not occur right away, so it is possible to binge eat and then have an energy surge later.

But, let there be no doubt about it, this is not a diet. As a matter of fact, the Kilmore Girls' Weight Loss Journey Plan was not designed to be a "diet" at all. As a matter of fact, you can read right along with the program as it guides you through a healthy weight gain strategy that is based on a solid food foundation. So, when you read The Kilmore Girls recipe section, you are actually looking at recipes that you can use to build healthy foods that you can enjoy and maintain for the long term.

In addition to having a well balanced diet, the program helps you make intelligent food choices. For example, when you create your own meals, you are given options as to how you will prepare them.
